    Absolutely over the moon finding this company. I had a ring that the prong snapped on the diamond. I went to other companies for quotes and many of them send repairs out. The quotes were outrageous considering that I used to work for a jeweler who did on-site repairs and custom designed work as well, so I do know the process and cost.
